27th -30th March 2020 (3 nights)
Join Ruth in a retreat to an amazing property on Portland, spread over two old stone houses and a converted chapel. Each morning we will wake and enjoy a homemade detoxifying smoothie and then practise a Seasonal Yang Spring flow. After yoga we will have a homemade brunch and go for a lovely walk to around the surrounding coastal walks or you may want to chill out and read your favourite book or be creative.
In the early evening we will enjoy a yin practise or Yoga Nidra and time to relax and shower whilst dinner is being prepared for you. After dinner you will have time to be sociable or go to bed with a good book.
Throughout the weekend we will have a workshop on making essential oil pamper products for you with our favourite oils so that you can enjoy treating yourselves over the weekend. Additional treatments and massage can be arranged for you to enhance your weekend of wellness as well as art tuition if you would like it.
There are coffee shops, pubs and a shop if you would like a change of scenery.
Ruth adapts the yoga to suit so don’t worry if you are a beginner or have injuries or health issues. If you opt out of some yoga then that’s ok too !!
This is a weekend for you to unwind, have fun, kick start your Spring, learn about Seasonal healthy living and just a get away from it all so please don’t bear yourself up if you just feel you need to do something different.
This is a lovely retreat in a magical place. We will practise yoga in front of the huge fire place in the chapel.

Supper – Thai butternut curry/Moroccan Tagine/Vegetarian Chili
Puddings – Gluten-free brownie with seasonal fruits and yoghurt or cream/Lemon polenta cake with coconut yoghurt/roasted plum crumble
